About Baum's Fried Pecans
Keith Baum grew up in Colfax, Louisiana in a plantation home surrounded by fruitful pecan trees which he harvested every year for his grandmother.
As the years passed, Keith's passion to become an entrepreneur in the produce business blossomed through selling Hammond Strawberries; however, once the Strawberry season was complete, he found there was a need for a Fall product. It was not until the produce business became highly competitive that Keith realized he had to step up and find something that stood out from all others.
In 2010, Keith stumbled onto a secret family recipe involving pecans, it was then Keith began his journey to the discovery of "Holiday Fried Pecans". After several unsuccessful batches, he finally perfected the first "original" and dangerously delicious treat which is now known as Holiday Fried Pecans.
Keith Baum developed a dream, set it in motion and it is now a flourishing company. Keith's and Holiday Fried Pecans motto is and always will be to strive for the pinnacle of pecan perfection. After all every day, should be a Holiday.
Holiday Fried Pecans, LLC is an American Company that became a fully operated business in August of 2013. Holiday Fried Pecans grew from local farmers' market to well over 2000 stores nationwide after three years in business and to date Holiday Fried Pecans continues to grow across the United States, as a specialty snack and gift company located in central Louisiana.

The company's rise in popularity can be attributed to its first and only gourmet treat, a salty, sweet 100% certified Louisiana flash fried pecan that is guaranteed to satisfy the most demanding of cravings.
Between 2011 and 2017, Keith worked his way up from farmers markets to large retail shows where everyone was soliciting him to come work their venues and sell his delicious pecans. In the fall of 2017, Keith decided to seek a brokerage firm to secure major distribution. Since Keith was selling the pecans himself, the pecan company really didn’t have a name. He was simply known as “the nut guy” at the shows.
In September 2017, the brokerage firm BB&G Enterprises fell in love with the pecans and partnered with Keith to represent the brand to a national audience. We as a company realized that Holiday Fried Pecans was very “Holiday Season” driven. This is when Baum’s Fried Pecans was born. Baum’s Fried Pecans launched January 1, 2018 and sold its first bag on January 17, 2018. The frenzy for Baum's Fried Pecans started and by the close of 2018 was distributed to over 3,500 retail locations in 48 states and continues to grow!

AMAZING!I first bought these while on vacation at Oak Alley Plantation. As the bag I bought there got emptier and emptier as I savored these delicious pecans, I started searching for more. I was thrilled when I saw that I could have them delivered to my door up North in my Cleveland suburb! Oh happy, happy me! Now to hide them from my husband and daughter!

We were at a gas station in Oklahoma when the cashier tells hubby he needs to try a bag of Baum's Fried Pecans. She says people are buying ten bags at a time. Hubby is from Many so he’'s all for supporting small business in Louisiana...he buys a bag...we crack a bag open and they were so freaking good! We started talking about them. ‘Is it because we are hungry? That’s why they are so good?’ Hubby is handing me the bag...put it in your purse so we don’t eat them all’. Two minutes later I’m getting them out of my purse and we ate the whole bag. I swear they combine Jesus’ tears with unicorn kisses and baby’s giggles to make these. I’m not exaggerating, not a bit. This is also the longest review I’ve ever written and I’m pretty sure I will be sporting yoga pants all summer due to my lack of restraint around these pecans.
